We will schedule a weekly call together where we will discuss the progress of the last week and make adjustments to your plan. Because it’s such a personalized plan, it’s imperative that you have consistent access to your health coach, so this is a process we will complete together.
If you are within your cancellation period for an appointment, there are no fees.
Since each session is specialized to you and not repetitive in nature, we cannot offer refunds once a session has been completed.
Yes. If you follow all of my instructions, commit to the program, and do not see results, I will issue you a full refund.
